We had to wait for a table, even after arriving at 9:30pm (my mom told me it was No. 10 on the San Pellegrino list). It was really annoying.
Duck Heart (appetizer) - the best thing I ever tasted. It was very tender and soft. It felt it was melting in your mouth but it wasn't actually. It had lots of sesame in it, the flavor never went away. You didn't have to bite it. It looked like a mushroom.
Brille Fish w Cucumber - even though it was tasteless, it tasted like raw fish. But you ate it with oseille (French sorrel). It looked like celery, but tasted like apple. I liked the taste of the fish with the stuff mixed together.
White Asparagus in Mozzarella Milk - The outside melted in your mouth but it was crunchy on the inside. It was amazingly good.
Pork with Sea Urchin, with shredded pork skin, peas and yellow radishes. The top of the pork tasted like it had honey was glazed over it. It was so good. There was this smoked eel served with it, like uni. There was only a sliver of it.
Blood Orange Sorbet, with green and red endive. We thought it was mango. The vegetable tasted strong. They sprinkled something small and crunchy and brown on it - cocoa bean?
Chocolate with Garrotte, crunchy and flaky. I liked it cause it was soft and crunchy at the same time.
Strawberry with Indian Anise. It was really good except the spices tasted somewhat weird.
